Music (Y13)
Subject Description
Teacher in Charge: Kathy Roy, Justin Pearce.
Students will explore music in depth by communicating and creating through performance and composition. They will have the opportunity to earn credits from choosing across a wide range of standards. In Year 13 music, students have the ability to specialise or keep their approach broad, or both. This course will lead to a variety of pathways including commercial music, performance and composition study, teaching, music therapy, and beyond!
Recommended Prior Learning
Having taken Year 11 and/or 12 Music is beneficial, as is having an instrument. But we can work with anyone to help them catch up.
